Bowlers will trudge towards Isaac, bowling their head towards Isaac after awhile. The head will follow Isaac, but eventually slow down to a halt where it will sit until its body comes to pick it up.

Loafers are headless Bowlers. If there is a head in the room, they will march towards it, but otherwise will wander aimlessly like Pacers.

Bowler Ball

Bowler Balls are the heads thrown by Bowlers. They can appear on their own along with some Loafers, who will quickly move towards them to pick them up. They can be pushed around by Isaac, his tears, or other enemies. They do not need to be killed to clear a room and will remain even after a room has been cleared, but will disappear once the room is left.

Strikers are tougher versions of Bowlers. They now have an invulnerable, metal head that travels much faster in a straight line. They can target and launch their heads at Isaac through obstacles, and the head will bounce off of walls and destroy obstacles in its path, releasing clusters of rock projectiles upwards. Upon death, their head drops onto the ground and lingers until the room is cleared, leaving an additional hazard that can block Isaac's tears and movement.

The rolling head can also break open doors and open secret rooms.

Pale Loafer

Pale Loafers act identically to their regular counterpart, apart from boasting a higher health pool.

Striker Ball

Striker Balls are the heads thrown by Strikers. They cannot be killed, while still being able to block tears and deal contact damage, but can still be pushed around. As they roll around from being pushed, they can still break rocks and other obstacles. Striker Balls are destroyed once the room is cleared, but only after they are at a complete stop.

Notes

• Striker Balls can be destroyed with effects such as Little Horn and Euthanasia.
• Loafers will not pick up Striker Balls, nor will Pale Loafers pick up Bowler Balls.
