Globins
Globins' are fleshy 
Gaper-like enemies that quickly chase Isaac and have the ability to regenerate from their corpses.

Globlet
Globlets are weaker variant of Globins, that are much slower, chasing at the speed of regular Gapers, and can be revived only once. Unlike regular Globins, Globlets will have their health fully restored upon turning into their goo form and, upon reviving, both their appearance and their movement patterns change.
In their new form, they lose their ability to path-find, and run straight at Isaac no matter what obstacles are in their way. Their movement will also become quicker, but more erratic- constantly twitching in random directions. They also take increased knockback as they move.
Globets only deal half a heart of contact damage unlike their counterparts.
Spoilie
Spoilies are rotten variant of Globins that behave identically. On death, their goo form will grow spider legs and begin behaving like a 
Level 2 Spider, until it eventually regenerates back.
Their spidery goo form has 10 Hp and they will revive with 33 Hp.
Conglobberate
Conglobberates are a Globin variant that appears in the Morbus room variant of Corpse. Conglobberate globin goo piles attempt to move towards each other and combine into larger globin piles.
Small Conglobberate
Small Conglobberates behave identically to Globins but are slightly faster. They create goo piles have 1/2 their original Hp and, when reforming, it launches an arcing tooth projectile towards Isaac.
Medium Conglobberate
Medium Conglobberates chases Isaac much slower than Small Conglobberates. On death it fires 4 blood projectiles cardinally, spawns a 
Toma Chunk, and splits into 2 Small Conglobberate goo piles. These goo piles have 1/4 of the original Hp each and can combine into a Medium Conglobberate goo pile with 1/2 of the original Hp. When reforming, a Medium Conglobberate launches a few tooth and blood projectiles in random directions.
The small goo piles can reform into Small Conglobberates with 1/2 Hp.
Large Conglobberate
Large Conglobberates chase Isaac at an extremely slow pace, much slower than Medium Conglobberates. On death it fires a ring of 8 blood projectiles, spawns 2 Toma Chunks, and splits into 3 Small Conglobberate globin piles. These goo piles have 1/6 of the original Hp each, 2 of them can combine into a Medium Conglobberate goo pile with 1/3 of the original Hp, with all 3 forming a Large Conglobberate goo pile with 1/2 of the original Hp when fully combined. When reforming, Large Conglobberate launches a larger cluster of tooth and blood projectiles in random directions.
The small and medium goo piles can reform into Small and Medium Conglobberates with 1/2 Hp respectively.
Notes
- Conglobberate goo piles will only combine with other goo piles spawned from the same Conglobberate.

Glorfs and 
Globwads are Globin-based variants of other monsters (
Horf and 
Fatty respectively) which feature similar regeneration mechanics.- Conglobberates were originally a part of the unreleased Morbus MOD.
- Globlets were originally called Globs.
