Pickups are minor items that can be found throughout the game. Ranging from wacky Keys to infernal Pennies, astounding Sacks to crazy Cards, Fiend Folio has a swath of new stuff to find!
Fiend Folio adds over 100+ new Pickups to the game, including Coins, Bombs, Keys, Hearts, Pills, Cards, Runes, Sacks, and Chests, as well as a new type of consumable pickup known as Objects!
