Long Legs
Long Legs is a family of spider-like enemies characterized by their long legs and extremely erratic movement.

Nanny Long Legs
Nanny Long Legs are docile and remain stationary unless provoked. While sitting, they will retaliate by firing a projectile towards Isaac when damaged.
If Isaac walks over a 
Cobweb, all Nanny Long Legs in the room will enrage and begin rapidly chasing after Isaac, only stopping in place once Isaac leaves the webs.
Tommy
Tommies are a variant of 
Baby Long Legs found in Corpse. They actively run erratically away from Isaac and periodically shoot a tumor-like ball towards another enemy in the room which will orbit it and block projectiles. If the enemy the tumor is orbit is killed, the tumor will stop and hover in place instead.
After a while, the tumor will develop into a Benny with the amount of health remaining from the tumor. If there are no more enemies left in the room the tumor will orbit the Tommy itself instead. A Tommy can spawn a maximum of 4 Bennies at once — one at a time.
Tommies do not deal contact damage.
Benny
Bennies are small variants of Tommy, either spawned by them or naturally encountered in the Corpse. Bennies behave like 
Small Crazy Long Legs, relentlessly chasing after Isaac. They often stop to shoot a small fountain of blood and teeth projectiles around them.
Trivia
- In the original unreleased Morbus MOD, Tommy and Benny were named Malignant and Benign, in reference to how their replication behaviors closely match that of malignant and benign tumors. They were renamed due to the pre-existing
Benign enemy.
