Cuffs are invulnerable ghosts that spawn attached to enemies, tears will pass through them and they will not deal contact damage. They will link 2 or more enemies together with chains, limiting their movement and also causing them to share HP into a single pool. Enemies linked to Cuffs will still behave and perform their attacks as usual, while dragging along everything else as they do so.
Multiple Cuffs can spawn chained to a single enemy while also each linked to other enemies, and all enemies linked together in a chain by these multiple Cuffs will have their HP pooled as well.
When the combined HP pool of all linked enemies is depleted, all linked enemies will die and all Cuffs will die with them.
Notes
- The amount of enemies chained, as well as the length of the chain holding the enemies to Cuffs is determined by the room layout.
- Cuffs spawned attached to only invulnerable enemies do not need to be killed and will persist even after the room is cleared.
