Skinnies
Skinnies are variants of 
Gapers with melted faces. They usually move much slower than them, but may have extra abilities such as leaving creep behind.

Coby
Cobies chase after Isaac slightly faster than regular Skinnies and leave a + shape of 5 Cobwebs, along with a single 
Baby Spider on death.
Notes
- They are often paired with
Nanny Long Legs, where their cobwebs will synergize with them.
Wasty
Wasties chase after Isaac at the slightly faster than regular Gapers while leaving behind a trail of long-lasting slippery brown creep. If it walks into brown creep, made either by itself or by other enemies, its speed will greatly increase but will be unable to make sharp turns until it reaches the end of the creep pool.
On death it creates a pool of brown creep.
Melty
Melties chase Isaac very slowly, behaving identically to regular Skinnies. However, upon reaching half health, they will inflate and become invulnerable while charging quickly at Isaac and flashing red for a few moments before bursting.
On death, they scatter a shower of black projectiles, 3-5 
Blots, and create a pool of black creep.
Rotdrink
Rotdrinks are rotten variant of Skinny that start of slowly chasing Isaac around the room like regular Skinnies. After losing 12 HP, Rotdrinks degrade and speed up to chase as fast as Gapers. After losing 12 more HP, Rotdrinks degrade further and now chase Isaac at the speed of 
Globins. Upon death, they spawn a Rotskull and a 
Small Maggot.
Rotskull
Rotskulls are spawned by Rotdrinks when they die but can also occasionally appear on their own. They fly at Isaac with very fast speeds and high momentum, making large turns. Rotskulls can fly over obstacles and through walls and are also highly resistant to knockback.
