Bulls are variants of 
Goats that behave similarly and will usually spawn in packs. They wander around in these packs, generally staying away from Isaac. However, 2 Bulls will periodically leave the pack to move towards Isaac and each perform an attack:
- One Bull will spit a spread of 3 small fires towards Isaac which can be extinguished.
- The other Bull will attempt to line up horizontally with Isaac and charge at him, travelling until it reaches a wall or obstacle. It will leave behind a trail of small fires that dissipate quickly as it charges.
Occasionally all Bulls in the room will stand still for a moment before each consecutively releasing 4 lines of fire in the cardinal directions - one at a time. This attack will sometimes be preceded by only 1 Bull moving towards Isaac and performing a random attack, followed by all other Bulls releasing lines of fire.
Bulls are immune to the damage from their own fires.
