Aquagob is a boss added in The Reheated Update found in 
Flooded Caves.
Behavior
Aquagob floats slowly and vaguely towards Isaac's general position, but never gets too close to him. He performs the following attacks while doing so:
- Coughs up spreads of 3 projectiles towards Isaac multiple times in a quick succession, upwards of 4-6 times.
- Stops to spawn an Aquabab. He will not spawn one if more than 2 are alive.
- Releases a cluster of various
Bubbles; at least one of the bubbles will be a 
Fly Bubble or a 
Spider Bubble, while the others will be differently sized 
Watery Bubbles. - Dives underwater and digs out from a random corner of the room, creating a 4×4 pit if there wasn't one, and shooting out a ring of 8 projectiles. Aquagob can dive again multiple times in a row depending on the amount of remaining health he has, up 4 times in a row at low health.
Upon death, Aquagob falls into the water, creating a splash of projectiles all around him.
Spawns
Aquabab
Aquababs are a blue variant of 
Horf spawned by Aquagob. Aquababs will shoot 2 projectiles in a V shape towards Isaac when he is within range, twice in a row.
Aquababs can also be commonly found on their own in Flooded Caves and 
Downpour.

- Aquagob is designed after the joke boss
Boristumous, also known as "Blue Horf".
- Boristumous, and by extension Aquagob, are a reference to the video "BroskiPlays LUA Modding Tutorial #6", in which Broski made a Blue Horf that leaves behind a pit when it dies.
- Aquagob's name literally means "water maw"/"blue maw".
- The sounds Aquagob produces are sampled from the same voice lines as
Fiend, who has been voiced by one of the developers, Peas.
