Morsels are tiny, fragile 
Gapers. They usually come in small groups, attempting to rush down Isaac before he can dispatch them.
Variants
Slick
Slicks are pale versions of Morsels. They run towards Isaac while leaving a tiny trail of red creep. They have a 50% chance of spawning a Stump on death.
Stump
Stumps are headless Slicks. They run aimlessly about the room while leaving a tiny trail of red creep.
Trivia
- There's a rare chance for a Morsel to appear with a cube-shaped head.
- There's also a rare chance for a Slick to have the "existential crisis" face, or to look like a zombie from Madness Combat.
Meltdown and 
Cancer Boy have their own Morsel variants called 
Falafels and 
Cancerlets respectively, which have a special spawning animation but no new behavior.- There are unused red and dank versions of Morsels referred to as "Meat" and "Slick" respectively, which have sprites found in the files. Meats would have behaved like miniature
Globins, while Slicks would have appeared in the Dank Depths.
- There is also an unused Fiend variation of Morsels, their behavior is unknown however
- Morsels have a unique appearance when encountered on the Glacier floor if the Revelations MOD is installed, and can also appear encased in Ice Hazard blocks.
- They also have a unique appearance when encountered on the Boiler floor if the Fall from Grace MOD is installed.
