Nihilists are enemies found exclusively in the Mausoleum. They wander aimlessly, but will generally stay near any enemies that fire projectiles. Nihilists possess a large purple aura that grants all enemy projectiles passing through it a 
Continuum effect; becoming spectral, having greatly increased range, and will wrap around the room.
Enemy projectiles affected by the Continuum effect granted by Nihilist's aura will also have a fixed velocity applied to them, meaning falling or lobbed projectiles are changed to move straight in a single direction.
Nihilists will not deal contact damage.
Notes
- A Nihlist's effect will also apply to rocks picked up and thrown by
Kineti. - The size of Nihilist's aura is determined by the room layout.
