Gutters are invulnerable ghost enemies found within Gehenna. They will float in from outside the room, before brandishing their knife and charging directly at Isaac. Upon reaching his location at the time of the charge, the Gutter will make a long swipe towards Isaac's current position before fading away. If Isaac is within their range at any point during the charge, they will immediately cancel the charge and swipe towards him before disappearing.
Gutters will repeat this pattern until the room is cleared.

- The knife that Gutter holds resembles the
Dark Arts item.
