Casteds are invulnerable statues found in Ashpit that remain stationary, periodically shaking. When Isaac draws near to a Casted, shoots it with a tear, or if it gets hit by an explosion, it will create multiple rings of quickly dissipating fire around itself for a short period. They will have a short cooldown between attacks.
Notes
- They will continue to function, even once the room is cleared, and will remain active even after Isaac leaves and reenters the room.
- Casted come in a variety of appearances, though this is purely cosmetic and has no impact of their behavior.
Trivia
- Casted's designs are based off of the bodies of Pompeii, casts made from the empty spaces left behind by people's bodies after they were covered in ash and lava and then decomposed.
