Bamboo Cutter
Bamboo Cutters are a variant of 
Snappers encountered in Corpse and will always spawn alongside Frayed Nerves. They run randomly around the room in cardinal directions, and will only snap at Isaac if he is extremely close to them.
They work in tandem with Frayed Nerves, and if one is alerted, all Bamboo Cutters will be enraged for a period of time. Enraged Bamboo Cutters will turn red, increase their speed, and rush towards the alerted Frayed Nerve. If Isaac lines up with an enraged Bamboo Cutter, it will snap at him and will continue to chase after him after he's been spotted. After detecting Isaac, the Bamboo Cutter will only lose interest once it has stop being enraged.
Frayed Nerve
Frayed Nerves are stationary invulnerable enemies that will always spawn alongside Bamboo Cutters. If Isaac comes too close to them or if they are shot, they will be alerted and ring out, which will enrage all Bamboo Cutters and prompt them to rush towards it.
Frayed Nerves have a detection area of around 3x3, and if Isaac enters and stays within this area, a Frayed Nerve will continue to stay alerted until he leaves or if he exits their line of sight. Bamboo Cutters are generally blind to Isaac's location but will be able to target him while he is within this area and in line of sight of a Frayed Nerve.
If shot, a Frayed Nerve's detection area will be temporarily extended to 5x5, allowing Bamboo Cutters to track Isaac in this area as long as he is in line of sight. However, as long as Isaac stays outside of the 3x3 area, they will deactivate after a moment.
They will deal contact damage and block tears and will remain even once the room is cleared, but will disappear after leaving the room.
