Psilings are tiny, otherworldly creatures that flit about in small dashes. They move identically to 
Wires, but will periodically fire a single homing projectile towards Isaac.
Notes
- Psilings will actively flee from any
Psi Hunters nearby.
Psyeg
Psyegs are stationary enemies that will spawn a Psiling when destroyed. Like 
Spider Eggs, Psyegs can be destroyed by walking into them but the subsequent spawning Psiling will damage Isaac.
Other enemies can also cause Psyegs to hatch when making contact with them.
