V1.1 is an update to the Fiend Folio MOD for The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+.

• Added 10 new menu palettes.
• Updated some sprites.
• Added Custom Game Over Screen compatibility (Afterbirth+ only).
• Updated a bunch of rooms (and added some, too!).

Tweaks

• Did some balancing on Fiend's fireballs.
• Molten Penny cares more about the player's luck stat.
• Boss champions are now seeded on room.
• Bob's Brain and BFFS! NEED Nugget Bombs.
• Friendly Flickerspirits will now kill themselves.
• Gary's hole now fills in after dying.

Fixes

• Fixed Mom, Mom's Heart and It Lives' Boss Rooms being at risk of being overridden by a Fiend Folio boss.
• Fireballs can no longer get sticky with Sinus Infection or Explosivo effects.
• Sticky Nickels are no longer GMO with GMO Penny.
• Commissions were stripped of their right to immortality (probably).
• Fixed Fire Places hurting Isaac too soon after entering a room.
• Fixed Extra Vessel thinking it was gulped when it wasn't.
• Splattercaps now die when the room is cleared.
• Spinning Blood Cells no longer trigger items such as Jumper Cables.
• Offset Kingpin's portrait.
• Made more clear the minimum StageAPI version required for Fiend Folio.
