Danglers are variants of 
Hangers who appear hanging upside down. They behave similarly, but float after Isaac faster than their counterpart while their 
Eternal Flies also orbits them much closer and more quickly. They will periodically fire spreads of 2-3 projectiles with the following patterns:
- 3 even projectiles in either a wide or tight spread towards Isaac.
- 3 projectiles in a spread with the middle projectile skewed to one side, and with one of the sides of the spread aimed towards Isaac.
- 2 projectiles in a V pattern with one of the projectiles aimed towards Isaac.
- 1 short ranged projectile towards Isaac. (rarer than the other patterns)
As with their counterpart, they do not deal contact damage, and their projectiles will cause Isaac to drop 
Coins while also stealing 1 with each hit.
Notes
- Danglers have a chance to replace regular Hangers.
Trivia
- The implication behind the Dangler's randomly angled shots is that them being upside-down makes it difficult for them to aim properly.
