Craig
Craigs are an enemy found in the 
Mines that predominantly appears in dark rooms accompanied by 
Bulb Rocks. It will wander around a bit before jumping towards a Bulb Rock, latching onto it and draining its power, causing all other Bulb Rocks in the room to also lose power. It will then leap off and aim a faint yellow light beam towards Isaac, before then firing a massive electric 
Brimstone laser in the direction of the beam after a short delay.
When Craigs are encountered in dark rooms, their eyes will glow a bright white, indicating their location.
Notes
- They can jump over small pits to reach Bulb Rocks and after hopping off one.
- If a Craig is unable to reach a Bulb Rock, it will wander around randomly.
Variants
Roy Geralt Dericott II
Roy Geralt Dericott II is a tainted variant of Craig found during the 
Ascent. Roy will slowly chase after Isaac as a yellow laser ring gradually grows around him. Eventually, he will stop to laugh, causing the laser ring to shrink down and disappear. Roy will then charge and aim a faint yellow light beam towards Isaac, before firing a massive electric Brimstone laser towards Isaac. As he does so, he continue to slowly chase Isaac while rotating the laser towards him; the closer the laser gets to Isaac, the slower he rotates it. Upon death, Roy Geralt Dericott II will become electrocuted, before exploding.
When Roy is encountered in dark rooms, his eyes and batteries will glow.

- Craig was added in The Monthiversary Update.
- Roy Geralt Dericott II was added in The Spitshine Update.
- Craig was initially meant to sap charge from the player's active item instead of using Bulb Rocks.
- Craig's sounds are sampled from the game Battleblock Theater.
- Craig is the name of their species; canonically, only one single Craig is actually named "Craig", being an OC made by developer Cometz.
- This Craig owns a pipe that he smokes; this was supposed to appear on Isaac's last will, but was cut.
- Craig's design vaguely resembles
Clutch; however, according to Cometz, this was merely a coincidence. - Roy Geralt Dericott II is a dead Craig that has been reanimated through the energy of the batteries in its body.
