Tall Boi
Tall Bois slowly shuffle around aimlessly. If Isaac draws near or if they take damage, they will whistle, spawning 3 Shitlings between it and Isaac to defend themselves. They will remain stationary behind the wall of Shitlings until Isaac draws close or one of the Shitlings is killed, after which they will run away again and can spawn another wall of 3 Shitlings. If there are any Shitlings alive, they will generally try to stay near them, keeping them between it and Isaac.
They can only spawn 3 sets of Shitlings maximum.
Shitling
Shitlings are primarily spawned by Tall Bois, but can be found on their own as well. They are firmly entrenched within the floor and fire a single poop projectile at Isaac if he is close enough.
Variants
Chili
Chilis are spicier variants of Tall Bois. Unlike their counterpart, they randomly slide around continuously and only pause to shoot a single 
Litling towards Isaac if he is within range.
Really Tall Boi
Really Tall Bois are the tainted variant of Tall Boi. They are stationary and fire a stream of poisonous gas at Isaac after a while or when they're damaged. The poison gas will last until they fire another stream. Following this attack, they will whistle and spawn 5 Shitlings around them oriented at Isaac and 2 
Dips. They are only able to use the gas attack until any of the Shitlings are killed, after which, they will able to whistle again, destroying the remaining Shitlings and spawning new ones.
Like most tainted enemies, they have armor that significantly increases their effective health.
Trivia
- Tall Boi's design originates from The Legend of Bumbo, another game by Edmund McMillen.
- Chilis were originally part of the Guwah Greatures MOD before being ported to Fiend Folio.
- In this iteration, they were a variant of
Squirts and would charge at Isaac, leaving behind a trail of flames. They would also burst into a ring of small flames upon death.
