Clotties
Clotties are uncommon, often meat-like enemies characterized by wandering randomly around the room with small dashes, while occasionally firing projectiles.

Drumstick
Drumsticks are miniature Clotties. They rapidly move around aimlessly, occasionally firing 4 small and short-ranged projectiles in the cardinal directions. On death, they will lob a tiny bone projectile a short distance towards Isaac.
If killed by fire, their bone will be ignited and leave a small extinguishable fire on impact.
Brisket
Briskets are charred Clotties that are very sluggish, moving much slower and much less frequently. Their behavior depends on their appearance: regular Briskets will occasionally fire 4 slow-moving projectiles in the cardinal directions and leave gunpowder that spreads out slowly in the cardinal directions on death, while Briskets that are missing eyes and some of their teeth will send out both patterns in the ordinal directions.
Chunky
Chunkies are large, square-shaped Clotties. They are slower and attack less often, but fire out a large square-shaped pattern of bullets that accelerates outwards when attacking.
Notes
- A Chunky will turn into a Grilled Chunky if it comes into contact with any source of fire.
Grilled Chunky
Grilled Chunkies act similar to standard Chunkies but can move faster, have less wind up to their attack, and their projectiles start out at full speed but will deaccelerate.
Pale Clotty
Pale Clotties are upgraded versions of Clotties that behave similarly, but will fire projectiles that have greatly increased range and travel in a slightly wavy path.
Notes
- In rooms with
Magnifiers, Pale Clotties will transform into Pale Mag Clotties that behave identically to their regular counterpart, but their projectiles will be purple.
Holy Clotty
Holy Clotties are variants of Clotties that behave identically, but will also spawn with an orbiting 
Eternal Fly and fire 4 homing purple projectiles instead. On death they will create 6 
Crack the Sky light beams arranged in a small Christian cross (✟) shape, which also instantly kills the Eternal Fly.
Of the 4 projectiles fired by Holy Clotties, the one with the closed cardinal direction to Isaac will be noticeably faster.
Mag Clotty
Mag Clotties are the tainted variant of Clotties found primarily during the 
Ascent. They are much bigger, and will slide around randomly firing out 4 streams of 4 projectiles in the cardinal directions, each projectile has a different range and size with the ones closer to the Mag Clotty being larger and the ones further being smaller. Unlike regular Clotties, if Isaac is in the range and line of sight of a Mag Clotty it will slide quickly after him instead of attempting to line itself up with him.
Notes
- Their projectiles deal a whole Heart of damage, which is usually unnoticeable outside of being encountered as magnified Pale Clotties.
Trivia
- Drumsticks, Chunkies, and Grilled Chunkies were originally from Guwah Greatures, a previously released MOD by the Fiend Folio developer Guwahavel.
- Grilled Chunkies originally had a completely different attack- creating out a small square of bursts of fire around it and sending out lines of fire in the cardinal directions.
- Chunky is inspired by Cubulons from the game Enter the Gungeon.
- Drumsticks have a unique appearance when encountered on the Glacier floor if the Revelations MOD is installed.
- Mag Clotties are a reference to Mag Agents from Madness Combat, which are bigger and stronger versions of Agents.
- Pale Clotty, Holy Clotty and Mag Clotty were all added in the V2.8 update.
