Psycho Fly

Psycho Flies are flies with a giant purple eye that bounce diagonally around the room similar to 
Boom Flies. Upon death, a Psycho Fly will fire a homing projectile towards Isaac, and cause all other Psycho Flies in the room to do the same.
Notes
- If found with Manic Flies, they can activate each others attack's on death.
Variants
Manic Fly
Manic Flies are variants of Psycho Flies with toothy mouths in place of where their eye should be. Unlike their counterpart, they will fly around erratically, hovering slowly towards Isaac similar to 
Flies. Upon death, a Manic Fly will release a ring of 6 projectiles, and cause all other Manic Flies in the room to to do the same.
Notes
- If found with Psycho Flies, they can activate each other's attacks on death.
