Glass Eye
Glass Eyes are invulnerable obstacles resembling Stone Eyes, and are almost always paired with enemies that shoot projectiles in some fashion in rooms they appear in. A Glass Eye will catch any enemy projectiles that enter its aura and cause them to orbit around itself. Once these projectiles align with Isaac, it will then launch the projectile towards him at the same speed that the projectile was originally shot.
Glass Eyes will remain active even after the room has been cleared, but will disappear once the room is left and re-entered.
Eye of Shaggoth
Eyes of Shaggoth behave similarly to Glass Eye, possessing purple rings that will capture enemy projectiles. However, upon capturing projectiles, it will alter their movement to align with that of a crosshair that moves aimlessly around the room but stays in the general direction of Isaac.
These projectiles will fall after enough time has passed, and will also be blocked by Pillars.
Unlike Glass Eyes, Eyes of Shaggoth will deactivate after the room has been cleared.

- The Eye of Shaggoth is named after Shoggoth, a Lovecraftian creature made up of slime and many eyes.
- The name was misspelled with an "A" by accident; however, it is confirmed that this will not be fixed in the future.
