Dogmeat
Dogmeats are floating, dog-like creatures found in the Scarred Womb. They float about the room randomly, and will periodically fire a spread of 3 Nerve Clusters towards Isaac. They will not spawn more Nerve Clusters if there are 10 currently alive. On death, the Dogmeat will fall to the ground and break apart into 2-3 
Leper Flesh and a Nerve Cluster.
Nerve Cluster
Nerve Clusters are spawned exclusively by Dogmeat. They will slowly lose momentum as they travel, sprouting out tentacles once it comes to a halt. They only serve as obstructions, and will deal contact damage and block Isaac's tears until they are killed.
They do not have to be killed, and will die once the room is cleared.
Trivia
- Dogmeat was a part of Fiend's Community Poll on Twitter, which would decide which of three enemies would remain in the game as a parody of Minecraft's mob polls.
Fumegeist triumphed over 
Calzone and Dogmeat, who can be removed from the game in one of the mod's settings.
