Technician
Technicians are enemies found in the Mines that float slowly towards Isaac, then when it has line of sight with him, it will float away while maintaining sight and periodically fire a homing tech projectile toward Isaac.
The projectile will accelerate quickly but make wide turns and will travel indefinitely; it will fizzle if it hits a wall or obstacle. If this projectile hits Isaac, it will not deal any damage, but will split into a ring of 8 more projectiles a set distance away. These projectiles then each fire an angled 
Technology laser outwards, creating a ring, and only leaving a circle around the initial point of impact safe.
While the projectile is still active, the Technician will float stationary in place, and the projectile will still remain even if the Technician is killed.
Trivia
- The sprite sheet for Technician contains an image of Momoyo Himemushi from Touhou Kouryuudou ~ Unconnected Marketeers, a character that is associated with mining.
- The name of Technician's sprite sheet is also 'centipede2', which references Momoyo's association with centipedes.
