Haunted
Haunted are ghostly 
Gapers that chase Isaac slightly faster than their counterparts and occasionally fire a spectral projectile towards him. They can target and fire projectiles at Isaac through obstacles. On death, they spawn a Yawner.
Yawner
Yawners are aggressive ghosts that chase Isaac quickly with high momentum, making wide turns. They take increased knockback and can float through anything, including walls.
They are generally spawned by Haunted but can sometimes appear on their own.
Variants
Crotchety
Crotchety are a grumpy variant of Haunted that are slower than Gapers and fire a slow-moving short-ranged bloody projectile towards Isaac when taking damage. When killed, their ghost floats after Isaac for a moment before firing a spread of 3 spectral projectiles towards him and fading away.
The ghost of a Crotchety cannot be killed, as Isaac's tears will pass through it.
Dim
Dims are half-witted variants of Haunted. They behave similarly, however they don't shoot projectiles. On death they spawn a Dim's Soul which quickly chases after Isaac. Dim's Soul is invulnerable and will block Isaac's tears, but will fade away slowly over time until they vanish completely.
Possessed
Possessed are a variant of Haunted that behave identically to 
Bonies, but will drop their skull on death along with releasing a Moaner.
The skull, referred to as a Possessed Corpse, will block projectiles and Isaac's movement. Any Moaners in the room are able to enter and repossess the skull, turning it back into a Possessed. To properly kill a Possessed, all Moaners in the room have to be killed; which results in the Possessed Corpse's immediate destruction.
Possessed Corpses can spawn rooms always alongside other Possessed or Moaners.
Moaner
Moaners are a more aggressive version of Yawners that quickly chase Isaac for a while before floating towards the nearest Possessed Corpse to revive it. If there are no Possessed Corpses in the room, it will simply chase Isaac.
Moaners are generally spawned by Possessed on death, but can spawn on their own, usually with the presence of other Possessed or Possessed Corpses in the room.
Accursed
Accurseds are tainted variants of Haunted that behave like 
Fatties. They chase Isaac quicker than regular Fatties, and occasionally fire 3 spectral projectiles in a spread towards Isaac, with the middle projectile splitting into 2 after a short moment. When hurt, they retaliate by hopping in place and spawning a Murmur if there are currently less than 4 in the room. Upon death, they spawn 3 more Murmurs.
Murmur
Murmurs are ghosts spawned by Accurseds when hurt or on death. They fly erratically towards Isaac to deal contact damage.
Trivia
- In the files, unimplemented versions of Haunted and Possessed with white, empty eyes exist, under the names of Menace Haunted and Menace Possessed. They presumably would behave differently while being possessed by
Menaces. - Dims were added in The Monthiversary Update.
- Haunteds and Yawners have a unique appearance when encountered on the Glacier floor if the Revelations MOD is installed.
