Creepterum
Creepterums are enemies that float around the room diagonally, held aloft by three 
Eternal Flies. They will periodically cough up a total of 4-6 
Attack Flies or 
Spiders, followed by spawning 2-3 Attack Flies/Spiders consecutively as it continues to move — approximately 1 every second over the duration of a 3-4 seconds.
Upon death, Creepterum will lose their Eternal Flies, which will cause them to launch themselves some distance towards an empty available spot in the room and flop down onto the ground, now unable to move. Once grounded, Creepterum is invulnerable but can still deal contact damage and block Isaac's tears in this state, and will periodically continue to cough up 4 Attack Flies/Spiders along with a single Eternal Fly that will begin orbiting itself. Once 3 Eternal Flies are spawned, they will lift the Creepterum back up into the air with full health, which will continue its previous behavior.
Once the room is cleared of all other enemies, including any Attack Flies and Spiders that have been spawned, all grounded Creepterums will die immediately along with any Eternal Flies orbiting them.
Notes
- Creepterums will have a higher chance to spawn Attack Flies than Spiders, being at a 3:1 ratio.
Trivia
- Creepterums are referred to as "Corpo" in the game files, and their Eternal Flies are referred to as "Corposlaves".
