Smokin
Smokins spawn invulnerable and orbit a 
fireplace, firing a single slow-moving projectile towards Isaac if their fireplace is damaged. When their fireplace is extinguished, the Smokin will begin quickly orbiting Isaac instead at a fair distance. They will periodically ignite and accelerate in spurts, leaving behind a trail of fires that dissipate quickly when doing so.
They do not need to be killed to clear the room, regardless of if they're orbiting a fire or Isaac.
Variants
Flamin
Flamins are lit versions of Smokin that are invincible. They have variable distances of orbits, increasing in speed the further away they are from the fireplace. Damaging their fire will cause them to increase their lengths and orbit faster. They are destroyed when the fireplace they are attached to is extinguished.
Flamin will change colors to match their fire, but this is purely cosmetic, beyond being harder to kill if they are attached to 
Blue or 
Purple fires. They do not need to be killed to clear the room.
Trivia
- Flamin's effects and behavior are likely inspired by Fire Bars from the Mario franchise.
- Ignited Smokin have the same appearance as Flamin.
