Dumptrucks are cardboard-wearing dank enemies that will generally wander aimlessly, leaving a trail of slowing black creep in their wake. When Isaac is close enough, or when they take damage, a Dumptruck will turn itself around and expose its large behind, farting out a cluster of various arcing tar, poop, bone or corn projectiles towards Isaac, while propelling itself forwards and creating a 
Trashbag.
Trashbags created by Dumptruck will only spawn some of the following hostile flies when destroyed:
