Drooler
Droolers are large, bulky enemies that will float towards Isaac and periodically make 3 quick consecutive charges towards him. They will end this attack by stopping and vomiting out a large pool of red creep beneath it after its last charge.
If the Drooler damages Isaac during its charges, it will cancel its attack and laugh.
Musk
Musks are a festering combination of Droolers and 
Oobs that will first float towards Isaac slowly. After a short moment, they will change their expression to a frown and, once close enough to Isaac in this stage, will then make a long charge towards him, which can take them off-screen and wrap around to the other side of the room. After charging for enough distance, they will briefly pause before making another long charge towards Isaac. They will repeat this attack 3 times and, on the third and final charge, Musk will collide with a wall instead of pass through it, releasing a barrage tooth projectiles in the opposite direction while also spawning a 
Toma Chunk and 2 
Cancerlets. After hitting a wall, Musk will be stunned for a moment before resuming their previous behavior.
Trivia
- Droolers were based off of the Musk enemies from the game The End is Nigh.
- For The Reheated Update, the concept for Musks (the Fiend Folio enemy) were based directly off of the enemy of the same name from The End is Nigh as well, and were originally thought of as an Oob variant before realizing Droolers already existed as taking the same inspiration.
