Fishface
Fishfaces are fishy variants of 
Gapers found in Flooded Caves that chase after Isaac, behaving like their counterparts. However, if Isaac is too far away, they will dive underwater and quickly emerge at a random location close to him.
Fishfreak
Fishfreaks are skeletal variants of Fishface found in Ashpit. They generally spawn in packs and will quickly chase Isaac slightly faster than 
Frowning Gapers. Upon death, a Fishfreak will collapse into a pile of bones, referred to as a Fishfreak Pile. If there are any piles within the room, other Fishfreaks will periodically collapse into piles of bones before reanimating from another random pile of bones, lobbing 3 short-ranged bone projectiles towards Isaac in the process. Fishfreak Piles will not deal contact damage but can block Isaac's movement and tears; they will disappear when all Fishfreaks in the room are dead.
Fishfreak Piles can spawn alongside other Fishfreaks in a room.

- Very rarely a Fishface can be replaced with a
Shiny Fishface.
