Spooter
Spooters are spider versions of 
Pooters. They fire projectiles more often and are more mobile than their flying counterparts, skittering around aimlessly but attempting to follow Isaac if he gets close.
Notes
- Spooters and their variants can be affected by
Bursting Sack, removing their ability to shoot or deal contact damage.
Super Spooter
Super Spooters fire 2 projectiles in a v shape and are the counterpart to 
Super Pooters. The projectiles can still be dodged by standing still, but doing so is more risky due to their quick movements towards Isaac.
Litter Bug
Litter Bugs are Spooters inhabiting a discarded can. When close by Isaac, Litter Bugs travel slower than their counterparts and fire arced projectiles that create a fart on impact. The fart will not deal damage but instead knock back Isaac and any enemies within its range, although Isaac can still take damage if hit directly by the projectile.
Toxic Litter Bug
Toxic Litter Bugs are variants of Litter Bugs that fire poisonous projectiles instead. The fart on impact instead deals damage to Isaac and poisons any other enemies nearby, but no longer deals knockback.
Charmed Litter Bug
Charmed Litter Bugs are extremely rare variants of Litter Bugs that only appear in two rooms or through 
Canned Fossil. Their projectile creates a charming fart on impact that charms enemies, although it can still deal damage if hitting Isaac directly.
Trivia
- There is a variant of a Spooter known as a
Mega Spooter. It can only appear when the Retribution MOD is active and behaves identically to Spooters but shoots 3 projectiles in a spread towards Isaac instead.
