Shottie
Shotties are enemies that will run away from Isaac before dunking the barrels in their face into the water to pick up ammo made of either toilet paper or poop. Afterwards they will run towards Isaac, and when in view, unload both shots one at a time.
Each shot will patterns determined by its ammo type:
- Poop will be fired in a spread of 4 projectiles.
- Toilet Paper is fired in one large clump that then splits into a ring of 6 projectiles.
Notes
- Shotties will always fire out the ammo in the barrel facing the screen first, before the one facing away.
Super Shottie
Super Shotties, unlike Shotties will load their barrels automatically upon spawning and after every shot. They wander around the room aimlessly and if Isaac is within range and in line of sight, they will periodically fire out a grappling hook towards him, aiming towards where he is moving. After grappling Isaac, a Super Shottie will quickly reel in towards him, dealing contact damage if Isaac does not move away, and letting off a blast of projectiles alongside a quick spread of projectiles when at close range.
If the grappling hook misses or is stopped by an obstacle, the Super Shottie will retract it quickly.

- Super Shottie is a reference to the Super Shotgun from the Doom series.
- Super Shottie's attack also references the Meat Hook upgrade for the Super Shotgun from Doom Eternal.
- Super Shottie was added in the V2.4 update.
- Super Shotties are internally referred to as "FPS Players"
