Robo-Baby 3.0 is a passive item added in The Reheated Update.

Effects

• Spawns a familiar that blocks projectiles and deals 7 damage every second to enemies. While in contact with enemies or upon blocking an enemy projectile, Robo-Baby 3.0 fires 8 blue Technology lasers in all cardinal and ordinal directions around itself that each deal 3.5 damage.
  • The familiar will move diagonally while Isaac moves, starting in the direction adjacent to where Isaac is moving and changing directions when bouncing off a wall.
• Robo-Baby 3.0 contributes towards the Conjoined transformation.

Notes

• The Robo-Baby 3.0 familiar produces a flickering light in rooms with Curse of Darkness.

Interactions

• BFFS!: Both Robo-Baby 3.0's contact damage and laser damage is doubled.
• Baby-Bender: Robo-Baby 3.0's lasers gain homing properties.
• Spindown Dice: Using Spindown Dice on Robo-Baby 3.0 will reroll it into Eternal Clicker.

Trivia

• Robo-Baby 3.0 is a reference to the bot of the same name in the Modding of Isaac Discord server.
  • The Robo-Baby 3.0 Discord bot is, in turn, the successor to the previous bot that existed in the Modding of Isaac server, that was based off of Robo-Baby 2.0.
