Lemon Mishuh??? is an active item added in The Reheated Update.

Effects

• Upon use, Isaac holds a lemon over his head which can be thrown in the cardinal directions. The lemon will create a small pool of yellow creep on impact that deals 8 damage per tick (or 24 damage per second).
  • The lemon projectile deals 3.5 damage to enemies on a direct hit and confuses them for 4 seconds.
  • This creep behaves identically to the creep created by Lemon Mishap.

Interactions

• Car Battery: Throws 2 lemons which fly out in a small v shape.
• Eternal Car Battery: Throws 3-5 lemons which fly out in a spread.
• Angelic Prism: If the lemon passes through the prism, it will split into four multi-coloured lemons that each leave a small puddle of creep.
• Lost Cork: Increases the size of the creep puddle.

Trivia

• The item can be seen as the Lemon Mishap counterpart to Wait What? where both are stronger versions of low-quality active items with similar-looking sprites.
  • For Lemon Mishuh???, the collectible's sprite is simply Lemon Mishap's sprite flipped horizontally.
• Lemon Mishuh??? is a fan suggestion from a member of the Fiend Folio Cornmunity Discord server, BlueResonant.
