Golden Plum Flute is an active item added in The Reheated Update.
Effects
- On use, summons
Golden Plum to fight for Isaac in the current room for ~10 seconds.
- Golden Plum will always twirl, slam, then spit golden shots and bounce around the room. After her final attack, she will wave goodbye before flying away.
- Golden Plum's slam attack sends out 10 coin projectiles. Coin projectiles that hit enemies will spawn one penny on the ground.
- Golden Plum does 12 contact damage per tick (24 per second), 3.5 damage per shot, and 2 damage per tick with creep (20 per second).
- Golden Plum will always twirl, slam, then spit golden shots and bounce around the room. After her final attack, she will wave goodbye before flying away.
- Golden Plum Flute contributes towards the Beelzebub transformation.
Notes
- If Isaac goes enough time (about half a minute) without hurting Golden Plum during a boss fight, she will fly away and leave behind a Golden Plum Flute on the Boss Room pedestal.
- This is the only way that Golden Plum Flute can be obtained, outside of
Death Certificate or 
Spindown Dice.

Plum Flute, with the main difference being Golden Plum's slam attack being able to generate pennies with enemies hit.
Interactions
Car Battery / 
Eternal Car Battery: Will spawn additional Plums, but only one will be Golden.
Angelic Prism: Golden Plum's shots that pass through the Prism will be split into four.
Sacrificial Altar: Golden Plum can be sacrificed for free, and still be used as normal afterwards.
Book of Virtues: Spawns the regular Plum Flute wisp that behaves identically.
Lost Cork: Golden Plum's creep puddle becomes larger.
BFFS! / 
Hive Mind: Golden Plum appears larger, and their contact damage increases from 12 to 24. Projectile and creep damage remains the same.
Box of Friends: Using Box of Friends while Golden Plum is on the screen will not create a copy.
Eraser: Golden Plum will still spawn even if they have been erased.
Extension Cord: Periodically creates a yellow laser between Golden Plum and Isaac.
Baby-Bender: No effect.
Forgotten Lullaby: No effect.
