Lil Minx is a passive item added in The Reheated Update.

Effects

• Spawns a pink Menace familiar that occasionally charges at enemies to bite them while Isaac is shooting tears, dealing 3.5 damage.
• Double-tapping the fire button will have Lil Minx possess the nearest enemy and inflict them with berserk.
  • Berserked enemies periodically switch targets between Isaac and other enemies, deal and take bonus damage, move faster, and cannot die until the effect ends, or once all other enemies in the room that aren't berserk have died.
  • Double-tapping the shoot button again will have Lil Minx exit the enemy, ending the berserk effect and launching a barrage of 7 spectral tears that each deal 3.5 damage.

Interactions

• BFFS!: Lil Minx doubles in size, and the damage of its bite and tears is doubled. No effect on the amount of damage a possessed enemy deals.
