Peach Creep is a passive item added in The Reheated Update.

Effects

• Spawns a friendly Wall Creep familiar that travels along one of the room's walls and will attempt to line up to the closest enemy, attacking by shooting a string of 4 tears towards the enemy that deal 2 damage.
• Peach Creep contributes to the Spider Baby transformation.

Notes

• Peach Creep will always be attached to the side of the room Isaac entered from.
• Tears fired by Peach Creep will pass through obstacles.

Interactions

• BFFS!: Doubles the damage of Peach Creep's tears to 4.
• Baby-Bender: Peach Creep will fire homing tears.
• Forgotten Lullaby: Increases amount of tears per attack to 8.

Trivia

• Peach Creep was unused in the initial The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ release of the Fiend Folio MOD.
