Notes

• The item can only be obtained when Isaac collects all "secret badges" added in Fiend Folio: Reheated, and can't be obtained through the use of Spindown Dice or Death Certificate.
  • This includes the Planet Badge, Haunted Badge, Baby Badge, Commissioned Badge, Dripping Badge, Mystery Badge and Spatula Badge. Upon collecting the final badge, Your Eternal Reward will appear on an item pedestal nearby.
  • Due to the requirements for making each secret badge appear, the most plausible and legitimate way to obtain Your Eternal Reward is through one of Fiend Folio's challenges, The Gauntlet. The method for getting all badges in the challenge can be found here.
