Eternal Clicker is an active item added in The Reheated Update.
Effects
- When used, there is a 50% chance to activate the
Clicker effect, changing the character currently being played and removing their most recent item collected. If this chance fails, all of their items and health are removed as the character disappears from the game, effectively soft-locking the entire run and requiring a new run to be started.
- The player's character being deleted is not considered a true game over, but quitting and continuing the run will not bring back the player's character.
Notes
- Even though Eternal Clicker is not in any item pools, it can still be obtained by using
Spindown Dice on 
Robo-Baby 3.0, or from using 
Death Certificate.
Trivia
- This item is a riff on Clicker, with Eternal Clicker's mechanics being thematically similar to
Eternal D6.
