  • Neptunus
  • Pluto
  • Deimos
  • Nyx

Notes

• Obtaining Venus or Jupiter's effect from Monas Hieroglyphica will not grant or heal any Red Heart containers.
• If Isaac is already in possession of the item given by Monas Hieroglyphica, some will have no effect. The few exceptions are:
  • Mercurius granting another speed up
  • Terra granting another damage up
  • Pluto reducing Isaac's size even further along with the additional tears up
  • Deimos spawning an additional familiar
  • Nyx spawning 3 additional Cast Gems

• Monas Hieroglyphica is the astrological counterpart to the Zodiac.
• The Monas Hieroglyphica is a glyph invented by magus and astrologer John Dee, which he described in his book of the same name published in 1564 as being the symbol of "cosmic unity"; the glyph is a composite of various other esoteric and astrological symbols to represent this.
