The Devil's Harvest

The Devil's Harvest is a passive item added in The Reheated Update.

Effects

Upon death, Isaac will respawn as Fiend in the previous room, with two Black Hearts and an Immoral Heart in his health bar. This item will then be destroyed.
- The Bastard will remain as himself when reviving.

Notes

Reviving with The Devil's Harvest will not preserve the player's win streak.

Trivia

This item's name is a direct reference to a MOD in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ known as The Devil's Harvest, the predecessor of Fiend Folio of which several of Fiend Folio's developers originally created.
The Devil's Harvest was unused in the initial Afterbirth+ release of the Fiend Folio MOD.
The item sprite for The Devil's Harvest was created by _Kilburn, the developer and lead programmer of The Binding of Isaac: Repentance.
