- Does not affect story items, special/set drops, or items spawned by Mystery Gift itself.

- The item spawned by Mystery Gift depends on the Luck stat.

Trivia
- Birthday Gift was originally from The Devil's Harvest MOD.
- Before the release of Fiend Folio: Reheated, Birthday Gift was originally colored yellow with a red ribbon. It was resprited because it didn't look evil enough to be an item in the
Curse Room item pool.
