Mrs. Spooter is a passive item added in the initial release of Fiend Folio.

Effects

• Spawns a Spooter familiar that scuttles towards enemies while periodically firing tears that deal 3.5 damage to them.
  • If there are no enemies that can be targeted, follows Isaac around instead.

Notes

• Mrs. Spooter is unable to target enemies across pits.

Interactions

• BFFS! / Hive Mind / Baby-Bender: No effect.
  • NOTE: This is a result of an oversight and will be fixed in a later update.

Trivia

• Mrs. Spooter was originally supposed to appear in the The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ version, but the developers forgot to put it into any item pools. This was finally fixed in V1.1.1, at the same time The Reheated Update released for The Binding of Isaac: Repentance.
