Pinhead is a passive item added in The Reheated Update.

Effects

• Grants a 40% chance to fire a sewing needle tear that pierces through enemies and inflicts sewn.
  • Sewn enemies deals damage taken onto all other enemies inflicted with sewn.
  • The chance to fire a Pinhead tear increases by 10% for every 1 point of luck, capping out at 100% at 6 luck.

Interactions

• Abyss: Absorbing Pinhead spawns 2 orange and blue Abyss Locusts which both deal 50% of Isaac's damage and have a luck-affected chance to inflict sewn upon hitting an enemy. At 0 luck, the chance is 25%, maxing out at 100% at 15 luck.

Trivia

• Pinhead was unused in the initial The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ release of the Fiend Folio MOD.
• Pinhead was originally part of the Happy Items Pack mod.
