Golem's Rock is an active item added in The Reheated Update.

Effects

• When picked up for the first time in a run, spawns a random rock trinket.
• When used, will grind any held trinkets, rerolling them into a different random rock trinket.
  • Any special effects a rock trinket has that activates from grinding or crushing, such as the Crush Effect from fossils, will both apply when rerolled by Golem's Rock, if possible to do so.

Interactions

• Book of Virtues: Spawns a rock wisp which shoot rock tears. These rocks tears are able to break obstacles. Each rock wisp that is orbiting Isaac will increase the Trinket Multiplier of all held rock trinkets by +6.25%, up to a maximum of +50% (or a 1.5× multiplier) with 8 rock wisps.
• Spindown Dice: Using Spindown Dice on Golem's Rock will reroll it into IPad.
• Mom's Purse / Belly Button: If holding two trinkets, only the one in the leftmost slot will be grinded when Golem's Rock is used.

Trivia

• Golem's Rock is a returning Item from The Devil's Harvest MOD from The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+.
  • In The Devil's Harvest, Golem's Rock had a different effect — the item was simply called "Rock" and made their own variety of special "rock trinkets" from the MOD be able to spawn, and the item would cause a different effect when used based on the type of rock trinket held rather than grinding them. Golem also started with this item by default.
