Eternal D10 is an active item added in The Reheated Update.

Effects

• On use, each enemy in the current room has a 2/3 chance to be rerolled into a different enemy from anywhere in the game, or a 1/3 chance to disappear.
  • Enemies, when rerolled, are attempted to be rerolled into ones with similar maximum HP.

Notes

• Just like with the D10, Eternal D10 will have no effect against bosses or mini-bosses, and thus they do not have a chance to be removed.

Interactions

• Book of Virtues: Spawns a white grey dice wisp in the middle ring. Tears shot from these wisps have a 10% chance to reroll enemies into a different enemy with similar maximum HP.

Trivia

• Despite its namesake to the D10, Eternal D10 can not reroll enemies into downgraded versions, and instead takes precedence from how the D10 behaved prior to V1.7.9 of Repentance.
