Effects

• Isaac shoots multicolored tears that have different effects that are featured in the Fiend Folio MOD. Tears have an equal chance to have the following properties:
  • Carmine Red: Inflicts berserk.
  • Ivory: Inflicts hemorrhaging.
  • Lilac: Inflicts a stack of bruise.
  • Violet: Inflicts drowsy, making enemies fall asleep after 2 seconds.
  • Bright Cyan: Inflicts martyred when killing an enemy.
  • Leather Brown: Pierces through enemies and inflicts sewn.
  • Dark Brown: Inflicts doom.
  • Neon Pink: Critical tear, similar to the effect of Imp Soda. Deals 5 times Isaac's damage.
  • Sky Blue: Acts like amulet tears fired from Dichromatic Butterfly, homing strongly onto enemies.
  • Black and White: Inflicts multi-euclidean.

Trivia

• Prank Cookie's costume appearance is a reference to a fan-made Youtube video made by Discord user Hairy Ballbastic. The video consisted of Hairy walking around in public for several minutes cosplaying as Fiend, wearing purple face paint and paper mache horns.
• Prank Cookie is a riff on Playdough Cookie, as both items are "cookies" that make Isaac shoot multicolored tears that inflict various status effects depending on their color.
