Dazzling Slot is an active item added in The Reheated Update.

Effects

On use, consumes 5 coins and transforms a random enemy in the room into a single-use Golden Slot Machine, which begins spinning its slots immediately after spawning. After activating its effect, the Golden Slot Machine will disappear.
- The Golden Slot Machine spawned by Dazzling Slot will not re-appear after its effect concludes.
- If there are no enemies in the room to transform, then no Golden Slot Machine will be spawned, and no coins will be taken from Isaac.
