Effects

• Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and shoots normal green-colored tears.
  • Tears deal 4.75 damage and are fired once every 0.6 seconds.
• Sibling Syl contributes to the Conjoined transformation.

Interactions

• Abyss: Absorbing Sibling Syl spawns an Abyss Locust that has the appearance of a green Minisaac. Otherwise behaves the exact same as default Abyss Locusts.
  • The Locust has a rare chance to instead appear as a Transgender Flag.

Trivia

• Sibling Syl is a reference to both Brother Bobby and Sister Maggy, acting as a third counterpart and being in a middle ground in terms of stats.
• Sibling Syl's gender according to the developers is non-binary.
