Sapphic Sapphire is a rock trinket added in The Reheated Update.

Effects

• Grants a 1/12 chance to shoot sapphire-colored tears that slow enemies for 2.5 seconds on hit, and freeze them into ice statues upon kill.
  • The chance to fire frozen tears scales with luck, represented by the formula (5 + Luck × 2) ÷ 60%, with the chance reaching no higher than 1/3 when luck is equal to 8.
• Various enemies and bosses that are considered female (featuring the "Woman" affliction internally) will be charmed for 10 seconds immediately after appearing.

• Trinket Multipliers: The final chance to shoot freezing tears, after luck modifiers, will be multiplied by trinket multiplier effects, ignoring the innate cap.
• Homoerotic Ruby: Fuses with Sapphic Sapphire to turn into Gay Garnet.
• Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on Sapphic Sapphire rerolls it into Brick Rock.
