Flea of Deluge is a trinket added in The Reheated update.
Effects
- Upon entering an uncleared room, spawns a
Cyan Flea that creates a ring of 8 tears on hit.
- Tears will deal damage equivalent to Isaac's damage, but will not inherit Isaac's tear effects.
Interactions
Trinket Multipliers: Spawns extra Fleas based on the amount of trinket multiplier effects.
Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on Flea of Deluge rerolls it into 
Flea of Meltdown.
